We were out-of-state owners and not only did Anne Marie and Aly manage our rentals, they also saw to every detail of rehabbing and selling them when the time came. They listened to our questions and concerns about the rehab and I trusted them completely with every detail of the transaction. They were efficient with every step of the process and professional -- while still being patient and personable. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Anne Marie and her staff has been AMAZING from start to finish and then some!! They helped us purchase a vacation home in Hartsel CO and there were a lot of challenges they helped us navigate. From there not being a toilet at the property, negotiating the price down to helping getting a written approval to turn on the water for the inspection to mention a few. After the purchase they have kept being very responsive and helpful and have helped us finding contractors to help with some of the renovations. I would HIGHLY recommend Anne Marie, Cathryn and Aly to help you buy or sell your home as they know the area, are ready to go the extra mile and are very knowledgable.

Joel and Anne Marie at OMNI helped us found our new residence in Colorado as we left Iowa to retire. They were a wonderful, knowledgeable resource and having moved quite a bit in our careers we can say they went above and beyond! We planned some remodeling moving in and they even assisted us in the vetting of a solid contractor and their bid!! Even more, they have stayed in touch after the whole process and in our several experiences with realtors that is really unique! :) We could not recommend them and OMNI more heartily!
